Service Description

This cohort is two months long meeting twice a month. We will study, discuss, and put into practice radical self-love and compassion as a spiritual practice. Combining spirituality and mental health to heal.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no refunds for no-shows. If you have to cancel because of an emergency refunds will be provided on a case by case basis. We can also reschedule. If you have to cancel from a cohort completely please do so 5 days before the start date for a full refund. I would like to be as flexible and understanding as possible with respect for my time as well.
