Service Description

Executive spiritual guidance is for executives, professionals, and non-profit leaders seeking to lead more authentically and holistically, making a difference in their character, teams, and work culture. You can develop your skills and efficacy (which you should), but healthy leadership comes from personal development and has a spiritual component. We have all felt the pain of an unhealthy leader. The popular terms "leadership development or transformational leadership" take intentionality, personal character development, and growth. Seeking to be a better leader means facing things in our own lives which leads to healing and results in growth. This is the Seek Heal Grow process. This process produces better character and transformation. Out of this process, we get healthy leaders and people.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no refunds for no-shows. If you have to cancel because of an emergency refunds will be provided on a case by case basis. We can also reschedule. If you have to cancel from a cohort completely please do so 5 days before the start date for a full refund. I would like to be as flexible and understanding as possible with respect for my time as well.
